Hi Everyone

Im Dawn (affectionately known as sister dawn) from Lincoln in the uk. I am a Djay, and promotor of East Lincoln Soul Club. I have been into northern soul since the tender age of 15 and have travelled up and down the uk at various times to northern soul venues over the past 30 years. My current fav northern tune ( and it does change ona weekly basis) is One on One by Prince Philip Mitchell. My all time tunes are Brenda Holloway When I'm Gone, and Sam Dees Lonely for you baby (which I have just acquired on SSS international). I have my own website based on the local northern scene and local venues in the Lincolnshire area. My ultimate venue was Cleethorpes pier and the winter gardens for the progressive muisc of the day or rather the future. Ultimately I am a retro girl but for the past couple of years have been drawn to the "darkside" (modern soul) and am developing a new knowledge of artists and genres of everything soul.
