Hello there Ric Tic fans

Only just caught up with this talk about a RIC TIC cd and would like to mention that a couple of years ago I made a three cd compilation of every RIC TIC track for some of my mates and fellow soul fans. The collection has all the A sides and B sides plus a few of the San Remo`s album tracks that were not on 45. In total 87 tracks. Any one interested ?

Tracks are basically 1 - 28 issues on the Ric Tic label, no un-issued, no Scotts On Swingers.

I mentioned to the seller a Golden World issue as well. I for one would prefer to buy Detroit label specific CD's - D Town, Revilot etc etc.

I'd often wondered why there hadn't been a Ric-Tic or a Golden World Collection available on CD.
When I asked the question on Soul Source, It was suggested that the Masters might not be of satisactory quality or simply missing.
Quite honestly, I would welcome any Compilation warts and all if necessary,
Until then finds like your CD are the best that we can hope for.
Both labels deserve a Quality Compilation, sleeve notes etc
