| Brothers Johnson - Test Press of their uptempo Modern/Disco outing.
Byrdie Green. Best version of a great song. Blows The Persions away completely. Been after this a while. Well chuffed.
Honey and The Bees. Great femme Philly dancer. Now have issue for sale if anyone is interested.
The 8TH Day - Great soulful vocal by the man himself - Steve Mancha. Few of Invictus still outstanding but we'll get there.

Found a handful of things in the past week. Just sort of happened. Here are a couple of Harthon-related items to start it off:

Didn't realize that this came out on a second label!

Weldon told me that this was the first Barbara Mason record. You can hear Weldon's voice loud and clear on the more doo-wop sounding side. Notice the erroneous "A Dynamic Production" credit and each side has a great backing group: Larks on one side and Tiffanys on the other. It's a DynoDynamics production all the way!
I'll post a few more when I can get some images.

| Not been buying much recent - except Tommy Navarrro - I Cried My Life Away - De Jac - turqoise Linda Jones - Just Can't Live My Life - WB US Garnett Mimms - Looking For You - UA a couple of Dave Moore reviewed :- Ace Spectrum - Keep On Holding On - Atlantic (by far the most modern I've ever bought) Star-Treks - Gonna Need magic - Veep Dj. Sold a few this month to raise funds, first time ever. Best Dave B. Memory going, bought a few LP's too. Most recent Four Seasons - New Gold Hits - for I'm gonna change, and a Track Lp with the Debonaires headache in my heart.

Some brilliant records here, quite a few on my wants list too.
As far as my recent buying is concerned.
It doesn't happen too often Now-A-Days.
However, I was recently tempted by this little beauty on a UK label.

I normally buy US Singles, I've had this Mala in the collection since the 70's.

I remember looking at a Bell DEMO at Samantha's Sheffield in the 70's and Thinking I'd love that.
Never had a realistic chance of one until Last Month.
Regards
Roger

Hell yeah! Looks like you've really been rackin' up, man!
check these out:

I just picked these up in the past two weeks. I've got them both up on eBay. I picked up another record on Alitha label by the Jaedes. It's a killer double sider. I'll try to get a scan of it on here later.
