The US label for the Fantastics is probably Bell...they had three or so singles on that label, including the minor hit "Something Old, Something New".

Thanks for the sound clip and all the trouble you've gone to. You will curse me for saying this but it isn't the one. The one I have on tape is just a touch faster than that but the guy has a deeper very soulful voice and gives it more umphh.

If it's any consolation,we listened to your show this morning. It was good to hear an English speaking voice aswell as the music.(much better than Bulgarian chowga music)

This is actually a call for help. I am trying to have someone put together good dance music back from late 60's and 70's R & B, Soul, back when Jerry Blavat was big. And if you are familiar with Bob Pantano, a popular DJ in the South Jersey area. I need a list of songs, Blue Magic,
Son's of Robin Stone. Can anyone help?
